Mount Street, Mayfair

Mount Street runs east to west through Mayfair, from Berkeley Square to Park Lane. The Grosvenor estate laid it out in the 1720s and rebuilt nearly all of it between 1880 and 1900. Most of the brick and terracotta shopfronts you see today date from that rebuild.
